Elin Doyle is an English actress of Irish and French descent. She has been a teenage mum, a bilingual foreign currency dealer in the City and a toilet cleaner in the Gents loos in the factories of the Côte d’Azur.
She eventually trained as an actor at Rose Bruford College in 2010, graduating in 2013. She also regularly writes and performs her own material both in comedy and drama.
Long-listed for the Finborough Theatre & ETPEP award 2021, GUINEA PIGS is Elin's first full length play. A heart-warming comedy/drama about inter-generational love and conflict, discovering feminism, pacifism when growing up with a dad who made the nuclear bomb. Set mostly in the 1980s, it is a celebration of the strength of women and of our democratic right to peaceful protest.
